Matthew Heung is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong. He graduated from University of Hong Kong with a law degree and postgraduate certificate. He also obtained a diploma in Chinese law conferred by University of East Asia Macau. Matthew is the Principal of Leonard KL Heung & Company. He is married with a son.
