On 20th October, 13 sponsored families with 27 children were accompanied by 23 volunteers from  the Wyndham Hotel Group to spend a joyful day at the Shanghai Zoo.
 
The progam started with some fun games between the children and the volunteers and presents were given to the winning group.  Lunch was prepared by the volunteers for the families and they joyfully enjoyed their food. After lunch, the families were divided into groups to follow the volunteers to visit the zoo.  The children were very excited to see so many different animals.
 
Presents were also bought and given to each individual child at the end of the activity. On the way back home in the bus, the children were still very excited and talked about what animals they had seen.  The parents were thankful for the arrangement because otherwise they could not afford the time and money for such a great event.
