On September 23rd, 2012, You Dao partnered with Russell Reynolds Associates for a Sports Activity Day held at China East Sports Center （东方体育中心）in Pudong. The activity brought 50 migrant children from Baoshan to Pudong to play basketball, badminton, and dodge ball at the China East Sports Center. It was the first time many of the children had the chance to play badminton or basketball on a proper sized court. 
Russell Reynolds Associate volunteers first taught the children the rules of the games as well as instructing them on their technique and skills. The children not only had a lot of fun but also improved their teamwork skills. At the end of the day, the children headed back home, exhausted after a rowdy day of sports and activities.
