Connie is a Chinese Australian born and educated in Hong Kong. She came to live in Shanghai in 2004 and has two grown-up children. Her "volunteer career" began with the Pastoral Care Department of Canossa Hospital in Hong Kong in 1995 when her younger daughter started primary school.
