Two school buses filled with thirty five excited high school students and their teachers from Yew Chung International School - Pudong (YCIS - Pudong) arrived at the gate of Tong Meng Kindergarten on Thursday morning, November 4, 2010.
 
The students were here to provide community service for our children and families in Fengxian district.  Half of the group stayed in the kindergarten and provided different kinds of children activities, while the other group went out to do home visits for our scholarship families.  The children from these families receive financial assistance from the YCIS - Pudong parent board to attend Tong Meng Kindergarten. The students went to visit these families and help them with farm works and house cleaning tasks. They also brought snack and drinks to share with the families.
